Ingredients

Scale

For the Seafood:

  • 1 lobster tail, chopped

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each), skin removed & cut into chunks

  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra spice)

For the Pasta:

  • 12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice

  • 1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Extra Parmesan cheese

  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta:

    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

    • Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

    • Drain, toss with a little olive oil, and set aside.

  • Prepare the Seafood:

    • In a bowl, season the salmon and lobster with Cajun seasoning.

    • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add salmon chunks and sear for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

    • Add lobster pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes until opaque. Remove and set aside.

  • Make the Alfredo Sauce:

    • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds.

    • Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring continuously.

    • Add Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  • Combine Everything:

    • Reduce heat to low and add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat.

    • Gently fold in the cooked lobster and salmon, allowing them to warm through.

  • Serve:

    • Plate the pasta and garnish with fresh parsley, extra Parmesan, and a squeeze of lemon.

    • Enjoy your Cajun Lobster and Salmon Alfredo hot!

Notes

  • Spice Level: Adjust the Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes to control the heat.

  • Seafood Variations: You can swap salmon for shrimp or scallops for a different seafood twist.

  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently with a splash of cream to maintain creaminess.

  • Best Pasta Choices: Fettuccine, linguine, or pappardelle work best to hold the creamy sauce.
