  • 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles or ramen noodles, cooked
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sear the steak slices for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add red pepper flakes (if using), soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  • Combine ingredients: Toss cooked noodles in the garlic butter sauce. Add the steak back into the pan and stir gently to coat.
  • Finish and garnish: Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

  • For a low-carb option, use zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash.
  • Feel free to swap steak with chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
