- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for a kick)
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine the chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
Grill the Chicken:
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the chicken onto skewers (if using) and grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
